How to Book & What to Expect

First things first — did you know there are two different ways to book a face painter (or balloon twister) for your event?

Hired Entertainment means you're booking us on an hourly rate to focus entirely on your guests. No cash handling, no stall, no worrying about sales — just high-quality, fast, fun entertainment that keeps your lines moving and your guests happy. This is what we do!

 

Vendor Style means the artist sets up a stall, charges per face, and runs their own business within your event. They may also sell extras like glitter or accessories to help make the day financially worthwhile. This is a completely valid model — it's just a different experience for your guests and a different structure for the artist.

Neither is better than the other — they just serve different needs! When you hire us on an hourly basis, your guests get unlimited access to the fun without reaching for their wallets, and we get to focus on what we love doing.

🎨 Face Painting is our bread and butter — fast, beautiful designs that wow your guests without holding up the line. We work efficiently without sacrificing quality, making us a great fit for events of all sizes.

🎈Balloon Twisting brings a whole new layer of magic to your event! We specialize in fast, high-quality designs that keep the energy up and the line moving — crowd favorites that get oohs, aahs, and about a million photo moments. While we can absolutely create larger, more elaborate pieces, our sweet spot is high-volume, high-fun entertainment that keeps every guest smiling without slowing things down. Whether it's a sword, a flower, or a full-on balloon hat moment, we make it fast, we make it fun, and we make it memorable! 🎈

Pricing & Rates

Our standard rate is $150 per artist, per hour, consistent across all event types and sizes — simple and straightforward!

We offer party packages and hourly rates starting at $150 per artist, per hour — consistent across all event types and sizes. Packages can be customized with fun add-ons like bling gem sets, waterproof painting, and more. Simple, transparent pricing with no hidden surprises!

Standard Booking: Each artist is booked for one service — face painting or balloon twisting. This is how we keep lines moving efficiently and the energy high at your event! Need both? We'd love to send two artists — just book one of each!

 

One Artist, Two Services: Certain artists on our roster are trained in both face painting and balloon twisting. If you'd like one artist to cover both, this can be arranged for an additional $50/hour and is subject to availability. Just mention it when booking and we'll let you know if it's an option for your date!

 

Want balloons without the wait? Rather than having one artist switch between services, consider adding pre-made balloon designs to your booking instead! We'll bring a selection of pre-twisted crowd favorites to hand out to guests alongside face painting — all the balloon fun with none of the line slowdown. 🎈

Additional fees may apply for:

• 🚗 Mileage outside of central Nashville

• ⛺ Canopy/tent rental (available for an additional fee)​

• 🎄 Holiday bookings are priced on a case-by-case basis depending on the date. Reach out and we'll let you know what's available — and what it'll take to get us away from our families! 😄

Returning client or working with a tighter budget? Just reach out! We love building long-term relationships and are always happy to chat about what works for you.

Looking for a more budget-friendly option? We have artists in training who work under our supervision and are building their speed and skills. Booking an artist in training is a great fit for lower-key events, with rates reduced by $25–$75 per hour depending on the artist. Subject to availability — just ask!

Tips & Exposure Events: We occasionally accept tip-based or "pick your price" bookings for high-volume events — festivals, busy community gatherings, or anything with great crowd exposure. These work best for events running at least 2–3 hours, weekday bookings, charitable causes, or when one of our newer artists could use the hands-on practice. Think it might be a fit?
